Akwa Marina is hosting The 5th Winnipesaukee Volleyball Classic to benefit NH children with autism. All donations go directly to the Autism Fund at CMF kids. The Family Autism Fund provides families support by directly paying their child’s service provider for services and treatment they would otherwise not be able to afford. This directly impacts young children and their families in NH.
This is the funest day of Summer at the beach club, with everyone coming out to enjoy a great day of Volleyball at the beach club. Even if you don't win you will be sure to have a great time. We will have Music, a Mimosa Toast, a Bouncy House, and Lawn games. Check out the 2023 tournament here
In order to play we ask that you create a team page with your team name. Then go out and try and raise money for your team. Share your team's page with friends, co-workers, etc in hopes of raising even more money. We hope that each team can raise a minimum of $300. No donated money is used to run the event in any fashion.
Each Team must have at least 4 players, having extra players is a good idea.
It is a pool play-style tournament followed by a playoff bracket. The rules will be modified to speed up play. Each round will be the first team to 21 points or 20 minutes whatever happens first. Each match will have at least a 5-minute break between rounds. The finals will be played to 30 points and on the sand court. Some games will be played on grass on the North and South Lawns and Beach. You will move to different courts so you will play on sand and grass. Depending on the total number of teams the tournament structure might change to speed up play.

***During the sign-up process when you are creating a team. You can just create it with one person and all your teammates can join your team after with their own profile, or they can just raise donations on your team page. Everyone on your team doesn't need to be added to the team list. ***
